Established in 2019, A&A Global Capital Group is an investment holding company composed of various operating entities in investment, advisory services, technology solutions and charity. We actively advise, co-invest and invest on behalf of selected institutions and families in Europe, Middle East and Asia.

In terms of Methodology, A&A operates on two wheels, combing investment partnership and operating partnership. From the investment partnership angel, A&A works closely with leading alternative investment and hedge fund managers to participate and co-invest. A&A also works with world leading investment banks to access quality deals. From the operating partnership angel, A&A leverages its quality network in various industry verticals to support value creation in portfolio companies, including market entry, key account business development and key
talent placement, especially the C-suite. By doing so, A&A works very closely with business owners and management teams, taking them as the most important stakeholders for success.

In terms of investment themes, A&A emphasizes more on technologies, business models and talent that can help build up the new generation of infrastructure, ranging from clean energy, AI and big data, financial services, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, biochemicals and mining. A&A tends to put priority on innovations with direct use cases and proven track record on retail and corporate.

Currently, with a combined investment power of multiple billion USD, A&A’s mandate and expertise tend to lean towards later stage investments, typically pre-IPO and Private Investment in Public Equity (PIPE), as well as structured buyout transactions. A&A further maintains an extensive network and trusted relationship to global conglomerates, celebrity families, sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, insurance companies, pharmaceutical companies, car makers as well as families owning such businesses. This additional source of funding serve to
further enable the firm to take up ad-hoc investment opportunities as they come.
